Tarun obtained his Bachelor of Physical Therapy from the H.N.B. Garhwal University, India in 2011. After graduation, he acquired experience in treating a wide variety of conditions and injuries including whiplash (WAD), sports injuries, repetitive strain, arthritis, fibromyalgia, post-operative rehabilitation, and chronic pain in Canada and Overseas.
Tarun is a strong believer in the power of exercise and obtained a Diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion from Humber College, Toronto after coming to Canada in 2012. By becoming a physiotherapist, in addition to prescribing exercise, he can also aid recovery with manual therapy, education, and other therapeutic techniques. Tarun is particularly interested in orthopedics and also had certification in The Concussion Awareness Training Tool, CATT and in Mental Health First Aid from Mental Health Commission of Canada.
Tarun is a firm believer in leading a balanced lifestyle and the importance of spending time with family and friends. He loves to be active including swimming, playing cricket and working out.
